Baccala e pomodori semisecchi (semi dried) freschi di Pomup

INGREDIENTS

500 gr. cod
1 bunch of rapini
1 Pomup jar
1 scallion
1 garlic clove
80 gr. of tarallucci
2 slices of candied orange
Salt to taste

METHOD

Steam the cod for 10 min. or boil it for 8 min. Take the rapini and cut the scallion into slices and sauté them in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of oil, then blend the PomUp and add its oil to help moisten the ingredients. Once all the ingredients have been prepared, proceed to plating by placing the PomUp cream onto the plate, placing the cod on top and completing with rapini, scallion and the sliced candied orange on top.
