PomUp Meatloaf

Polpettone e pomodori semisecchi (semi dried) freschi di Pomup

INGREDIENTS

100 gr of bread crumbs
50 gr of Grana Padano cheese
6 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed
150 gr PomUp Vegetable broth

METHOD

Beat the eggs without separating the whites from the yalks in a food container with a whisk, adding a pinch of salt. Keep stirring well, add the parmesan, the breadcrumbs and a pinch of pepper until you get a homogeneous mixture. Shred the PomUp and add it to the mixture. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and pour the mixture. Using a spoon and a fork try to roll up the mixture. Cut into slices and serve hot.
