Patate e pomodori semisecchi (semi dried) freschi di Pomup

INGREDIENTI

400 gr. of potatoes
1 bunch of wild rocket
½ PomUp jar
100 of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

METHOD

Put cold water in a pot and boil the potatoes whole and unpeeled. Wash and cut the rocket with a knife, cut the PomUp into “filanger”. In the meantime, put some grated Parmesan cheese in a non-stick pan. How to serve: create a base of mashed potatoes (previously peeled) seasoned with a pinch of salt and oil from the PomUp jar then place the rocket and the previously cut PomUp. Finish the dish with the Parmesan chips.
