Ravioli e pomodori semisecchi (semi dried) freschi di Pomup

INGREDIENTS

200 gr. of flour 00
40 gr of basil
100 gr of PomUp
2 eggs
200 gr of robiola cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste

METHOD

Chop the basil leaves together with the flour, add the two eggs and knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If necessary, add a drop of water when mixing. Let the pasta rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Divide the mixture into two parts and roll out the dough very thinly. Prepare a mixture by combining the robiola with the finely chopped pieces of PomUp. Place the mixture in a pastry bag and portion it on one of the previously spread parts of dough. Cover with the second part of pasta and help yourself with a pasta bowl to create the ravioli. Cook in boiling water and then sauté in a pan with a piece of butter for a couple of minutes. Serve and cover with a few pieces of PomUp as decoration.
