Salted Beignet with PomUp

Bignè e pomodori semisecchi (semi dried) freschi di Pomup

INGREDIENTS

9 Beignet
100 gr. of mascarpone cheese
½ PomUp jar
1 scallion tail
Pepper as needed
Salt to taste

METHOD

Whip the mascarpone cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper, chop the PomUp and the scallion tails with a knife. Make the mixture homogeneous, place it in a pastry bag and fill the cream puff. Serve decorating the cream puff with a whole PomUp, the scallion tails and a drizzle of oil from the PomUp jar.
