Mix 3 eggs with 150 g of flour in a bowl using a whisk to avoid lumps; add ½ sachet of instant yeast, add salt and pepper. Heat 100 ml of oil and 100 ml of milk and mix them with the egg mixture previously made. Add 50 g of grated cheese, 100 g of chopped Pomup and 50 g of black olives to the mixture. Divide the dough into a buttered and floured 12 muffin mold and bake at 180° for 35 minutes. Take the muffins out of the oven, let them cool and serve them.
