Shipping Times
What happens to your order right after purchasing on “POMUP”:

The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and are in no way binding for “POMUP.” Using express courier shipping, delivery is expected within a variable time frame, up to a maximum of 7 working days from the courier’s acceptance of the products.

Phase 1 (Order Receipt)

The back office processes orders within 1-2 working days from the receipt of the order. The same applies to orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays: they will be processed within 1-2 working days after the order is placed. The order is processed based on the chosen payment method, specifically:

• If the chosen payment method is PAYPAL, the order is processed the same day.
• If the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be processed once the payment is credited to the company’s bank account.
• If the chosen payment method is CREDIT CARD, the order will be processed after 24 hours.

The order is forwarded to our warehouses by 6:00 PM.

Phase 2 (Courier)

Within 2-3 working days. The courier will be provided with the Accompanying Invoice containing the delivery location and any notes included in the order. At the time of product pick-up, an email will be sent to the customer with the Tracking Number. This will allow the customer to monitor the delivery status and estimated delivery times in real-time on the courier’s website.

Phase 3 (Product Delivery)

The product will be delivered to the address specified at the time of order confirmation.
